Q. How is Texilist different from the free content online?
A. Texilist prides itself on content you would be hardpressed to find online, free or paid. While you may find some websites covering trends (at exorbitant costs), that is only a part of our subscription.
Texilist is a comprehensive mix of everything we feel a Home Textiles business needs today. Generic articles cannot help you. We offer high quality, research-driven content that is directly applicable to YOUR business.

Q. My Design team is entirely from top design colleges. Why do I need Texilist?
A. We’re glad you asked ! Texilist is not a replacement for college education. It is a growth tool for you and your design team to be more aware and effective. If you harness Texilist correctly, you can achieve higher design selections, train your designers to be industry-aware and MOST IMPORTANTLY get more business.

Q. Should I get a Texilist subscription if I don't have an inhouse Design team?
A. YES ! Texilist is an empowering tool for any company owner/employee. Our content is relevant and informative for anyone in the Textile business. Apart from this, you will love our Templates section (where we offer free Templates to use for your buyer presentations) so you can present your designs better even without a designer.

Q. Who all are covered in a Paid membership?
A. One Paid membership covers one entire company- from the owner to all employees. The cost quoted is not per person, it is for the whole company.

Q. Can two companies share one membership?
A. Each membership is designed to provide maximum benefit to one company, and we are strictly against any sharing of this membership with non-company persons. If we find misuse of one membership by 2 companies, the subscription will be immediately revoked and no money will be refunded.

Q. I just signed up for Texilist paid membership, where do I start?
A. All the articles, trend updates and presentation templates will be unlocked for your perusal now so feel free to read through our archives. We pride ourselves on quality content that can offer value to you even if it was written in the past. You will also get to see upcoming workshops and can schedule your personal AMA : Ask Me Anything session.

Q. How can my company access this membership?
A. Once you have paid the subscription fee, your email is automatically granted completed access to Texilist. To add your team, please email us their Email IDs and we will activate their accounts.

Q. How many Team members can I add?
A. As of now, we allow for 5 Email IDs to be added because we feel this covers the spectrum of a company who can benefit from this subscription. Incase you wish to add more than 5, you can always email us the IDs and we will be happy to add them.

Q. How do I choose which 5 Team members to add?
A. Think about the employees who will benefit the most from Texilist and would need constant access. We would recommend creating accounts for your Design Team, Merchandising Team and Marketing Team.

Q. My team is too big. How do they all access Texilist?
A. For bigger teams, we recommend giving access to the respective department heads - Head of Design, Head of Marketing etc. and they can share access with their team when needed. We are working on making this access even easier for your whole team.

Q. Can only the persons with registered emails attend the workshops?
A. Every interested employee from your company is free to attend the workshop. We will be sharing sign-up links for every upcoming workshop with registered IDs and they can share this link with others.

Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. No, we have a zero discounts policy.

Q. Is there a free trial I can opt for?
A. We don’t offer trials, but you can sign up for a free account which will give you access to our archive of free articles and excerpts of paid articles. You can stay on the free account as long as you’d like.

Q. What is your refunds policy?
A.  We offer free articles and workshops to give you an insight before signing up and stand by the quality we offer to our paid members. We do not offer refunds.

Q. I am facing some trouble purchasing a subscription. What can I do?

Q: How do I switch from annual to monthly ( or monthly to annual) billing?

Q: Can I pay with PayPal?
A. We currently do not support PayPal but you can pay with the currency of your choice with our payment processor- Stripe.
